the staff were personable, attentive, and truly made my stay more enjoyable. the location is great, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was fabulous. the hotel offers functional kitchenette and other appliances, a cozy and clean gym, Jacuzzi, and sauna, and a good quality breakfast buffet.
Nothing it was perfect 🙂

I was upgraded to a higher floor with a corner city and lake view, which was stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the suite had a beautiful kitchen area. I had a fantastic stay at a great deal. The only minor issue was slow-draining bathtub. I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful and quick to address issues.
My room had stains on the carpet and broken fixtures. I could hear everything in the hallway all night.

I chose One King West Hotel And Residence for its convenient location near the Hockey Hall of Fame, and was pleasantly surprised by the three-level underground parking facility and the culinary team's ability to prepare mouth-watering bites to satisfy any palate.
Accessibility and lost items disappointing.

the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. the location was great and close to public transport. we were in the historic part which was nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location connected to PATH, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing too much trouble.
